We're delighted to announce our first Employers' Event of the year!

Our hosts, Baillie Gifford, will start the night by providing an overview of their much anticipated Client Manager Programme which opens in Spring 2024.

Following this, our employers will each provide an elevator pitch explaining their company, their role and the opportunities available for service leavers and veterans within their organisation. With representation from sectors such as defence, Scot Gov, finance, NHS, aviation, IT, cyber, consultancy, infrastructure and energy, you'll be sure to find an industry that aligns with your aims and values.

Our hosts, Barclays, will open the evening by discussing the opportunities and routes available for service leavers and veterans, including the Military Talent Scheme (MTS).

• Engage directly with employers who recognise and value the skills, dedication, and experience gained during military service.
• Connect with fellow service leavers in their resettlement journey; exchange stories, advice, and insights to inspire your own experience.
• Network with veterans who have successfully transitioned into a variety of industries.

The CTP Employment Fair is for serving and ex-military personnel and provides:

• A fantastic networking opportunity - whether you're ready to apply for live jobs or are simply researching the job market
• An opportunity to do some research and help you think about what type of jobs you could do and what organisations you would like to work for in the future
• The chance to meet employers face to face who already recognise the skills and experience Service leavers can offer and are actively seeking to employ them
• A wide range of companies, from small regional organisations to large multinationals, from across many different industry sectors
• The opportunity to build your network and chat with other Service leavers who are also going through the resettlement process
• CTP staff will be on hand to answer any other questions you have about your resettlement or training questions.
