Who we are

We are a partnership between the Scottish Government and third sector partners design to support our veterans and business.

This communications activity, including all promotional materials has been created to support our ex-military personnel and help them transition successfully to a civilian career after leaving the armed forces. Funding has been provided by the Scottish Government, which has been developed in collaboration with Officers Association Scotland, Skills Development Scotland, Veterans Scotland, and supported by the Career Transition Partnership, all who work directly with veteran communities.

How we help

Our role is to make employers aware of the benefits that ex-military personnel can bring to their business through communications activity, partnerships, and social media engagement.

Who we help

We help employers recruit veterans and help veterans find work. We’ve had successes all over the country. For clarification, veterans are people who have spent time (one day or more serving in the Armed Forces as a regular or a reserve).
